IRIS火检探头

 IRIS探头使用脉冲回波模式，测量壁厚、材料减薄情况，并探测出内径在0.5英寸到3英寸之间的缺陷方向。
各种组件是必要的以"打造"IRIS探头。组件是可互换的必须根据管尺寸选择。

IRIS内置旋转检测系统（IRIS）探头非常适合于石油化工和核电厂配套设施（BOP）的管道检测。这些探头以螺旋扫查的方式使用超声波对管道的内壁进行扫查，这样可以保证检测到管体的整个长度。


若要生成一个IRIS探头，下列组件是必要的：
涡轮头 （TUA）
超声换能器 （TUB）
定心装置 （TUC）
探头电缆 (TUD)。

IRIS  TUB-超声换能器

IRIS  TUD-探头电缆
